Awash Bank is hiring an experienced Branch Operations & Credit Officer for its expanding Adama central commercial branch. Drive SME lending, credit appraisal, and account services.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate credit applications from regional SMEs and merchants
• Oversee branch teller balancing and daily treasury compliance
• Manage customer relationships and promote digital banking channels
• Maintain strict regulatory adherence with National Bank of Ethiopia rules

Requirements & Qualifications

• BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Management
• 3+ years banking operations or credit appraisal experience
• Fluency in Afaan Oromoo and Amharic is required
• Strong analytical and customer service mindset
