Civil Engineer — Roads & Infrastructure

Job Overview

Lafarge Ethiopia is expanding its eastern infrastructure division and hiring an experienced Civil Engineer for project delivery across Dire Dawa and the eastern trade corridor.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver road design review, survey inspection, and construction supervision
• Coordinate with local contractors, municipal authorities, and EPC partners
• Maintain project budgets, material testing, and schedule tracking
• Prepare compliance certificates and closeout documentation

Requirements & Qualifications

• BSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology
• 3+ years in asphalt or concrete road construction projects
• Familiar with Ethiopian Roads Administration (ERA) technical specifications
• Valid driving license
