Regional Fleet & Logistics Coordinator

Job Overview

Manage freight dispatch, truck turnaround times, and delivery routes connecting the Debre Birhan industrial corridor to Addis Ababa and northern distribution centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch and tracking for heavy freight trucks
• Monitor driver compliance, fuel efficiency, and vehicle maintenance logs
• Resolve en-route delays and coordinate with warehouse receiving teams
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across all logistics operations

Requirements & Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Transport
• 3+ years experience in commercial fleet dispatch or warehouse logistics
• Familiar with GPS fleet tracking software and Excel
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
