About the role

What you'll do
- Direct care of critically ill ICU patients
- Monitor and manage ventilator and pressor support
- Document in the hospital EHR; handover briefs every shift
- Support junior staff and students
What you'll need
- Registered nursing license (Ethiopian)
- 3+ years ICU experience, including at least 1 year in a tertiary hospital
- CPR / BLS certification, current
- Able to commit to 12-hour rotating shifts
