Job Overview

Indorama Textile, located inside the Hawassa Industrial Park, is hiring an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily shift production lines, throughput efficiency, and worker safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily line operations and maintain production quotas
• Ensure adherence to international textile quality and safety standards
• Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules with facility technicians
• Prepare weekly KPI and yield reports for plant leadership

Requirements & Qualifications

• BSc in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field
• 3+ years supervisory experience in an industrial or apparel manufacturing plant
• Resident of Hawassa or willing to relocate to Hawassa
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
